Oakham Under 8s – Rugby for Year 3 boys and girls

Welcome to Oakham Under 8s! If your child is in Year 3 (school age 7/8), they’re the perfect age to join our fun, friendly, and active rugby section.
We play tag rugby, focusing on building confidence, teamwork, and core rugby skills — all in a safe, non-contact environment.

Our Under 8s regularly play matches in the Leicester league and take part in Mini Rugby Festivals, both at home and away.

Weekly Matches/Training
When: Every Sunday, 10:30am–11:30am
Where: Oakham RFC – please arrive 15 minutes early so we can kick off on time.

Prefer to watch from the sidelines? No problem — we’ve got a great club house servicing hot food and drinks.
