Clubhouse;
Our clubhouse opens at 0930 on Sundays. Hot drinks, changing rooms and catering are available from this time. Our bar opens at 1100 and accepts cards and cash.

To avoid embarrassment
Please note that only those over 18 years of age will be served alcoholic beverages- please do not be offended if we ask for ID. Underage drinking is not tolerated in any way and will result in permanent exclusion from the site.

Changing Facilities;
We have a number of changing rooms available for visiting players- please ask a member of the staff or coaching teams if you need pointing in the right direction. Please note that we do not allow dirty kit and boots in our main clubhouse.

Dogs:
We ask that dogs are not brought onto our site at all, with the exception of guide dogs.

Safeguarding:
We take the safety and wellbeing of all players and visitors incredibly seriously. If you observe inappropriate behaviour or have any concerns, however small, please inform us immediately by talking to a member of club staff and asking for the safeguarding officer. Alternatively, our safeguarding officer can be contacted by email here.

Respect Barriers and Code of Conduct
• Most of our junior games are held on full size pitches; during the 2025/2026 season, inline with new rules, we will be roping an area off for spectators to stand behind- Visitors and spectators not abiding by this will be asked to leave the club.
• We have a zero tolerance policy towards players, parents and spectators who choose to disrespect or abuse players, coaches and match officials. All players, coaches and spectators are reminded of the expectation to follow the RFU Code of Conduct.
• ORFC promotes the RFU core values of teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline and sportsmanship.

Please enjoy your visit and we look forward to welcoming you back soon!
