To encourage and enjoy rugby in a safe environment, promoting the game's core values throughout Oakham and the surrounding communities.

Mini & Junior Mission Statement -

To create a fun and safe environment for everyone to enjoy rugby.

ORFC Key Objectives -

• To have financial security, a sound relationship with our landlord and strong governance.
• To foster an inclusive approach to the game.
• To grow club membership.
• To develop a larger, skilled and enthusiastic volunteer base.
• To encourage enjoyment of the game for all stakeholders.
• To play senior rugby at the highest level achievable.
• Work hard to ensure that we have continuity in playing terms from minis through to seniors.
