Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or renewal.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of the Oakham RFC Community Membership Card (“Membership Card” or “Membership”). By purchasing, renewing or using a Membership, you agree to the following Terms.

1. Membership
• The Oakham RFC Community Membership Card is issued by Oakham RFC in return for a membership fee of £100.
• Each member will be registered with Oakham RFC and assigned an individual membership.
• Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or renewal.
• Membership does not relate solely to a particular rugby season. For example, a Membership purchased on 1 December 2026 will remain valid until 30 November 2027.
• Members may renew their Membership for a further 12-month period when their current Membership expires.
• Membership benefits are personal to the named member and may not be transferred, shared, resold or loaned to another person.

2. Using Your Membership
• To redeem an offer from a participating partner, members may be required to present their valid Membership Card or digital membership together with personal photographic ID.
• Where an offer is redeemed online, members must follow the redemption instructions provided for that particular partner or offer.
• When making reservations or bookings directly with participating businesses, members should identify themselves as an Oakham RFC Community Member and check any applicable terms when booking.
• Membership has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other monetary value.
• Partner businesses reserve the right to refuse an offer where valid membership cannot be demonstrated.

3. Partner Discounts & Offers
• Membership provides access to offers, discounts and promotions from participating Oakham RFC Community Partners.
• The businesses participating in the scheme and the offers they provide may change throughout the member’s 12-month Membership period.
• New partners and offers may be added during the Membership period, while existing partners may leave the scheme or amend, suspend or withdraw their offers.
• Oakham RFC cannot guarantee that any particular business or offer will remain available for the full 12 months of an individual Membership.
• Each participating partner’s offer is subject to that business’s own terms, conditions, exclusions and availability.
• Unless specifically stated otherwise, Membership discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or offers.
• The current list of participating partners and available offers will be published by Oakham RFC and may also be made available digitally through the Membership scheme.

4. Vouchers & Giveaways
• In addition to ongoing partner discounts, new and renewing Community Memberships may include a selection of single-use vouchers and promotional giveaways from participating local businesses.
• Vouchers are available to new Membership purchases and Membership renewals only.
• Physical vouchers included with a new or renewed Community Membership must be collected from the Oakham RFC clubhouse after the membership purchase has been completed. Collection details will be provided following sign-up.
• Vouchers and giveaways are subject to availability and are not guaranteed as part of every Membership purchase or renewal.
• The selection and value of vouchers available may change throughout the year.
• Each voucher may only be redeemed once and is subject to the individual participating business’s terms and conditions.
• Members may be required to present their Membership Card and ID when redeeming a voucher.
• Vouchers have no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged, transferred or resold.
• Replacement vouchers will not normally be issued for vouchers which are lost, used or expired.

5. Participating Community Partners
• Community Membership provides access to promotional offers from participating businesses across Oakham, Rutland and the surrounding area.
• The current range includes offers across food and drink, retail, leisure, health and fitness, beauty, professional services and other local businesses.
• The participating partner list is not fixed and is subject to change throughout the 12-month Membership period.
• The latest participating partners, discounts and applicable conditions should always be checked through Oakham RFC’s current Community Membership information.

6. England International Ticket Draw
• Current Community Members will be entered into an exclusive draw providing the opportunity to purchase two England International tickets at face value, subject to ticket availability.
• Tickets may be available for selected Autumn Internationals and/or Six Nations fixtures.
• Entry into the draw does not guarantee the opportunity to purchase tickets.
• The number and choice of tickets available will depend on Oakham RFC’s allocation.
• Successful members will be contacted by Oakham RFC with details of the tickets available and the process for purchasing them.
• Tickets obtained through the scheme are subject to any applicable RFU, venue and ticketing terms and conditions.

7. Validity and Changes to Membership Benefits
• Membership remains valid for 12 months from the member’s individual purchase or renewal date.
• Membership benefits apply only to businesses officially participating in the Oakham RFC Community Membership scheme at the time an offer is redeemed.
• Offers, discounts, partners, vouchers and other benefits may be added, amended, suspended or withdrawn during the 12-month Membership period.
• Changes to participating partners or individual offers do not alter the Membership expiry date and do not automatically entitle the member to a full or partial refund.
• Oakham RFC will endeavour to keep information about participating partners and current offers up to date.

8. General
• Oakham RFC reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.
• Any fraudulent, abusive or unauthorised use of Membership, vouchers or partner offers may result in Membership being withdrawn without refund.
• Membership benefits are provided in conjunction with independent participating businesses. Oakham RFC is not responsible for the goods or services supplied by those businesses.
• Individual participating businesses remain responsible for their own products, services, bookings, availability and customer service.
