7. RAISING A CONCERN
- If you notice something which causes concern, please speak to the Safeguarding Officer at your earliest convenience.
- You do not have to undertake the safeguarding investigation however have a responsibility to raise concerns and aid the SGO in their initial information gathering, and possibly to LADO or RFU in their enquiries.
- To do so it is helpful if you have as much information as possible, there is a reporting form which can help you as a memory aid or be emailed over to the SGO if you are not able to speak in person.
- If you feel unable to speak to your SGO about the matter please contact the RFU using the Speak Up Reporting Form.
