If you notice something which causes concern, please speak to the Safeguarding Officer at your earliest convenience.
You do not have to undertake the safeguarding investigation however have a responsibility to raise concerns and aid the SGO in their initial information gathering, and possibly to LADO or RFU in their enquiries.
To do so it is helpful if you have as much information as possible, there is a reporting form which can help you as a memory aid or be emailed over to the SGO if you are not able to speak in person.
If you feel unable to speak to your SGO about the matter please contact the RFU using the Speak Up Reporting Form.
